Writing Workshop With Author, Katie McKy ( 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm )
Katie McKy, author of "Wolf Camp," "Pumpkin Town," "It All Began With a Bean" and others will offer a one-hour creative writing workshop for youth in grades two and up. Katie will help young writers jump start their creative process by using common objects to generate premises. This is a collaborative program between Ms. McKy, the library and Eau Claire's Poet Laureate, Bruce Edward Taylor. This program will take place in the Eau Claire Room on the library's lower level. No registration necessary.
