The library provides services for people with special needs including Home Delivery, adaptive equipment, closed-captioned videos, descriptive videos (DVS), large print books, and audiobooks.
Materials may be returned to the library book drops located in the library lobby, on Eau Claire Street, the lower level parking area of the lobby and at various grocery and convenience stores located throughout the City.

The library contains a wealth of resources for your information needs and for your reading, viewing and listening pleasure.

The library provides Internet workstations in the Reference area, Young Adult on the second floor, in Youth Services as well as WiFi throughout the library.

Any Wisconsin resident is eligible for a free library card by visiting the library with proof of your current residential address.
The library has three meeting rooms available for public use by groups and organizations for non-commercial programs, workshops, meetings, classes and forums. All meetings held at the library must be open to the public and follow the Meeting Room Conditions of Use policy.
