Renew your items yourself from the online catalog
Renewing Interlibrary Loan Material To check on the possibility of a renewal, call the Holds and Resource Sharing office at 715-839-3877 weekdays between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. at least two days before the due date. For more information on renewing an item, click here.
The library offers an e-mail notification to its customers. Using this service, we can send you an e-mail to let you know that the materials you placed on hold are ready for pickup or that you have items overdue for return. If you would like to participate, please send an e-mail containing the e-mail address you would like us to use and your library card number, which is printed just below the barcode on your library card. Send this information to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and place “NEW ADDRESS” in the subject line. The MORE automated online catalog includes a telephone notification service (TNS) that will automatically call you when your library item is ready to be picked up. If you are not home, it will leave a message on your answering machine or voice mail. This service replaces notification through the mail, thus creating significant savings in postage and staff time. Please contact Circulation Services at 715-839-5003 if you prefer not to receive telephone calls regarding items that are ready for you to pick up at the library. If you currently receive your notices via e-mail, you will continue to do so.
