If you currently receive notices about your requested library items through the mail, expect a change beginning April 26. The MORE automated online catalog now includes a telephone notification service (TNS) that will automatically call you when your library item is ready to be picked up. If you’re not home, it will leave a message on your answering machine or voice mail. This service replaces notification through the mail, thus creating significant savings in postage and staff time. Please contact Circulation Services at 715-839-5003 if you prefer not to receive telephone calls regarding items that are ready for you to pick up at the library. If you currently receive your notices via e-mail, you will continue to do so. E-mail notification is also an easy way to become informed of items that are ready for you at the library. If you would like to participate, please send an e-mail containing the e-mail address you would like us to use and your library card number, found just below the barcode on your library card.
