Meeting Rooms

The library has three meeting rooms available for public use by groups and organizations for non-commercial programs, workshops, meetings, classes and forums.


Rental fees for rooms are as follows:

Eau Claire: Commercial-$45 / Non- Profit - $30 a day
Chippewa: Commerical- $30 / Non- Profit - $20 a day
Red Cedar : Commercial- $20 / Non - Profit - $15 a day

Arrangements must be made in advance. Call 715-839-5004 for information and booking.

Kitchen:
Non-alcoholic beverages and light snacks may be served in the meeting rooms. Kitchen facilities with a sink, refrigerator, stove and large coffee pots are available for use with the Eau Claire Room and the Chippewa Room. Supplies are not provided and cleanup is the responsibility of the meeting room users.

Equipment:
The library provides the equipment listed below to meeting room users at no additional charge. Equipment must be reserved in advance of the meeting.
Easel / White Board, Lectern, LCD Projector - Mounted ( Eau Claire Room only), Microphones (2), Overhead Projector,  Projection Screen (built in -all rooms), Slide Projector,
VCR/DVD player & TV

Restrooms:
Restroom facilities are located adjacent to the meeting rooms and are handicapped accessible.

Vending Machines:
There are no vending machines in the library for dispensing food or drink.

Hours Available for Use:
The meeting rooms may only be used during normal library hours, Monday through Thursday, 10 a.m. to 8:45 p.m.; Friday, 10 a.m. to 5:45 p.m.; Saturday, 10 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.  Meeting rooms may not be booked for Sundays.
