Details: The L.E. Phillips Memorial Public Library invites grandparents and adults with special children in their lives to learn more about the importance of connecting with children (birth–high school) through books—and to learn more about the exciting Story Builder library expansion.

New York Times best-selling author Nickolas Butler will be on hand to detail his own childhood experiences of connecting with the grownups in his life through books and visits to the library. Story Builder expansion campaign co-chair Carol Gabler, Youth Services Manager Kelly Witt, and Early Literacy Outreach Librarian Jerissa Koenig will also speak. Story Builder campaign leadership will highlight opportunities to honor children through a financial gift to the campaign.
