Home Delivery
The L.E. Phillips Memorial Public Library delivers library materials to the homes, assisted living facilities and nursing homes of Eau Claire residents who find it impossible or very difficult to come to the library. There is no charge for this service. Our Home Delivery program serves almost 200 people who qualify. Materials are selected for our customers by the Home Delivery coordinator and several other selectors. They are delivered every 3 weeks by over 30 volunteers, or by the library van.
To volunteer to deliver library materials to a customer in your neighborhood or near your workplace, please fill out the volunteer application. You will then be contacted by the Home Delivery Coordinator.
As little as one hour of your time every three weeks would make a big difference in a person’s quality of life!
