Wi-Fi Hotspots
The library loans Wi-Fi Hotspots, which provide Internet access at home or on the go, and are compatible with most laptops, smartphones, and tablets. Library cardholders may borrow a Wi-Fi Hotspot for 14-day check out by placing a hold through the MORE catalog, or by contacting Information & Reference at 715-839-5004. Instructions for use are provided with the device, which is portable so you can connect your device anywhere the T-Mobile network provides coverage. Check their coverage map for details.

If you need your device’s phone number, please call Information & Reference at 715-839-5004. You will need to provide the barcode number that appears on the luggage tag.
Internet and Wi-Fi
The library provides Internet access and Microsoft Office Suite products on:
- 24 public computers on the 2nd floor;
- 6 computers for Teens grades 7-12 in the Teen Lounge;
- 2 computers for youth grades 3-6 in the Youth Services area.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the library, no password required!
Print, Copy, and Scan
Printing from a Computer
All Internet computers are connected for both black and white, and color printing. Duplex printing is available. Black and white pages cost 10¢/side, and color pages cost 25¢/side.
Remote Printing
If you wish, you may send a document to our printers from your personal device using our Remote Printing Service.
Copying
One self-service, color copier is available.
Scanning
A free, self-service scanner is available, allowing you to email or save a photo or document.
Notice: We do not currently offer fax service.
