“I am a self-taught mixed media artist and I primarily work with stained glass. My background is in biology, and is where I draw much of my inspiration. I taught myself stained glass during the summer of 2020 and have been experimenting with my art ever since. I really gravitated towards stained glass as it is kind of a “dying art” that I want to add some modern twists to. Art is meant to evoke emotion and I feel that using glass brings a sharpness and fragility that can’t be replicated with other mediums.”
