In 1881 a stock company was organized and it was incorporated as Pioneer Lumber Corporation, Inc. by Capt. Wm Wilson of Menomonie, Isiah Hale, WE Harrison of Ft. Madison, IA; EN Wilson of EC. Hale was President, Wm Wilson was Vice President and Treasurer with BF Wilson as Secretary. |
