Reminder: Young Artist Gallery Guidelines

• Artwork should be two-dimensional and suitable for hanging. Library staff will mount the pieces.
• Two-dimensional art may be watercolor, oil, acrylic, ink, pencil, crayon, photography, mixed media, handmade paper, etc.
• No food-based art accepted.
• No sculptures accepted.
• All art must be kid- and family-friendly.
• Library staff reserves the right to reject any art that does not follow these gallery guidelines.
• Artwork is displayed in a public space, and the library cannot guarantee against loss or damage.
• Artwork must be picked up by the 15th of the month following display month. Any art not picked up by the deadline will become the property of the L.E. Phillips Memorial Public Library.

I give L.E. Phillips Memorial Public Library staff permission to photograph items in the display to use as promotion throughout the library, on the library’s website and social media sites, and in the local media.

I do not give permission for my display to be photographed by library staff for promotional purposes.
