BOOK SCOUTS BOOK CLUBS

Recommended for youth in grades 3-6

Discuss books and do hands-on activities inspired by our monthly read. Choose the group that works best for you and join at any time. Registration required. Learn more below!

Details: We offer two Book Scouts groups: the Story Seekers and the Page Turners. Both will read different genres and styles, including chapter books, graphic novels, novels-in-verse, and short stories. Most selections will be fiction, but some months may include non-fiction. Participants vote for their book selection each month.

Back-to-Book Scouts Bash

Date: Thursday, September 25
Time: 5-6 p.m.
Location: Youth Services Program Room

All Book Scouts (Story Seekers and Page Turners) are invited to join us for a kick-off party to celebrate a new season of book club fun! Meet up with friends new and old for lots of book-related activities, discussion, and treats!

We will be looking ahead and celebrating all the good books in store for us this year, so there will be no featured book this month.

Recommended for youth in grades 3-6. Registration is required, and serves as your registration for monthly Book Scouts sessions.

Note: Story Seekers is generally held on the Third Wednesday of each month from 5-6 p.m., and Page Turners is generally held on the Fourth Thursday of each month from 5–6 p.m. A full list of dates will be released soon.
