Start Our Summer Library Program on June 1

Things are getting WILD at the library as we prepare for summer reading! Kids ages 0-18 can sign up for the reading program starting on June 1. The program runs through August 14, and kids can earn a prize for participating.

Check Out Our Two New Permanent StoryWalks®

In partnership with the City of Eau Claire’s Parks & Forestry Division, and made possible through a COVID Recovery Grant from United Way of the Greater Chippewa Valley, Youth Services is delighted to introduce two all-new permanent StoryWalks® at Owen and Carson Parks. Enjoy a story as you stroll with your littles!

Enjoy the BookBike and the Dabble Box This Summer!

This summer, the library’s BookBike will join forces with our Dabble Box program to visit area parks to offer you library services, materials, and a rotating selection of activities such as coding and robotics, water coloring, button making, and more.

We Are Now Open at 2725 Mall Drive

The L.E. Phillips Memorial Public Library is now open at its temporary location, 2725 Mall Drive, Eau Claire (map). What’s more, the library has reinstated most of its normal services (with safety modifications), including appointment-free walk-in visits. Details:
