2026 Reading Log

Youth ages 0 to 18 can earn a prize this summer by tracking their reading! Set a reading goal, explore activity challenges, and discover great books by reading (or being read to) throughout the summer.

How it works…

• Collect your Reading Log (see options below).
• Set a reading goal and start reading. Track your progress on your Reading Log.
• Complete 5 activities from the Activity List on your Reading Log.
• Claim your prize by bringing your completed Reading Log to the Youth Services desk by August 15.

How to start…

• Pick up your Reading Log from the Youth Services desk (Level 1) or from the BookBike.
• OR fill out the form below to download and print your Reading Log. Remember to stop by the Youth Services desk to claim your sign-up prize!
