Mindful Minute: Breathe

Have you not been feeling like yourself? I certainly haven’t. Staying home is hard! Why not join our Community Resource Specialist and Social Worker Libby for a mindful minute (or two) to reconnect with you. Research shows that mindfulness can be helpful in managing anxiety and distress.

SYNC Audiobooks for Teens

Hey y’all, have you heard about the great 2020 lineup at SYNC Audiobooks for Teens? Each year, AudioFile magazine partners with publishers to give away great teen audiobooks – all summer! Every single person that wants to download the audiobooks can; you simply have to use the free Sora app to download the books within set dates. Between April 30 and July 29, SYNC offers two book downloads per week, which means you can get up to 26 free audiobooks. That needs to be repeated – 26 FREE AUDIOBOOKS. How can you pass that up? I’ve included more information below, including 2020 book titles and a link to FAQs. I hope you can take advantage of this wonderful service. Happy listening!
