About: I am an author and illustrator. I love everything to do with fantasy novels, and when I find a good book I will usually spend all of my time reading it. I decided to join the Young Adult Advisory Board because I’ve always loved hanging out at the library, so being a part of something that involves helping pick out books, and coming up with activities was a really cool opportunity I wanted to help out with! It is a very fun experience!
Rowen is the Young Adult Advisory Board Secretary. They have been a member of YAAB since 2020.
The Young Adult Advisory Board (YAAB) is open to teens in grades 6 through 12. YAAB currently meets virtually on the 1st Thursday of every month at 6:30 p.m. to discuss ideas for programs, materials, activities in the Teen Lounge and ways to make the library a better place for teens.
