Health Online: Finding Information You Can Trust
Tuesday, March 19 | 6 p.m. | Eau Claire Room
There is a wealth of health information online, but not all of it is trustworthy. This free workshop will help you separate the wheat from the chaff. Participants will be provided with an iPad to use during the workshop, but are welcome to bring their own laptop or tablet to use instead. The program will include a light meal.
This workshop is co-sponsored by Wisconsin Health Literacy and Eau Claire City–County Health Department, and is supported by the National Network of Libraries of Medicine—Greater Midwest Region. Developed resources reported in this program are supported by the National Library of Medicine (NLM), National Institutes of Health (NIH) under cooperative agreement number 1UG4LM012346.
