Would your group or organization like to book the RCU Dabble Box Makerspace for a private open lab? Sounds great! Please read the details below and then fill out and submit the form. (Staff will contact you to discuss your request within 2-3 business days.)

About Dabble Box Private Open Labs (Please Read)

  • Bookings are available Tuesday–Thursday, between 9:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. as determined by room and staff availability.
  • Bookings last 1 hour (45 minutes of lab time and 15 minutes of participant cleanup).
  • Your group may book the space for a maximum of three sessions in a three-month period.
  • Bookings must be made at least three weeks before your desired date.
  • Minimum group size: 8 / Maximum group size: 30
  • For children to participate, one adult chaperone for 8–15 children, and two adult chaperones for 16–30 are required.
  • During your private open lab, a staff member will be present for questions and troubleshooting.
  • If you miss your booking time without a 24-hour notice, you will lose your booking privileges.
  • Every session must be submitted individually.
