“Growing up on the family farm, it was normal for the whole family to be giving food a lot of thought. Our daily lives were structured around it. Over the years farming and food production has changed a lot. Even so, the basic aspects and values are still unchanged, which is something I’ve tried to suggest with the my miniature photography.”
