What are we missing?

Please identify up to four services (or general library attributes) that don’t get enough use and/or attention. Another way to think of this is, “What are some great projects on which we’ve worked hard over the years that have fallen through the cracks?” These items might be under-promoted, hard to quickly understand, or maybe their popularity has faded while their value has remained.

Examples: The staff-curated booklists you make on Biblicommons. Specific/special sections in the catalog. Our business center. How our library cards work in all IFLS libraries. Our friendly, helpful, awesome staff. Things like that.
