“My process balances decisive and intuitive creation that embraces the chaos of spray paint and the permanent marks of scratching into clayboard. Clayboard is a wood panel with a special clay coating over it that allows it be painted over and then scratched off. With my work I hope to fuel imagination and discovery of what the piece means to the viewer and the story it is telling.”
