How do I sign up?
Starting June 15, register at Beanstack or download the Beanstack Tracker app. This is the best way to track your progress through the challenges and enter into the prize drawings. ➜ Create a Beanstack account today!
What should I do if I registered before the library closed?
Simply register at Beanstack and continue tracking your progress. Be sure to check off the challenges you completed earlier this year.
I’ve been keeping up with the challenges while the library has been closed. Can I enter into the monthly drawings for March through June?
Yes! Go to Beanstack and check off the challenges you’ve completed. Then enter the tickets you earn into each of the monthly drawings. The March through June drawings are available until August 1.
Do I have to use Beanstack?
We strongly encourage you to use Beanstack to track your progress, but it is not necessary. If you prefer, download and print a Reading Slip from our website. When you finish a category, call us at 715-839-5004 or email us at librarian@eauclaire.lib.wi.us. Staff will keep track of your progress and enter you into the corresponding prize drawings.
Can I choose my own books?
Absolutely. You don’t have to pick one of the reading inspiration titles.
Can I read ahead?
Sure, but be sure to pace yourself.
Can I catch up?
Yes, but only one of your completed Reading Slips will qualify for the monthly drawings.
Do my Reading Challenge books count for other programs?
Yes! Books you read for the challenge also count towards your reading for our seasonal adult reading programs.
